In Western Australia the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 (the WHS Regulations) require that certain items of plant must be registered with WorkSafe. To register either an item of plant or design an application form must be completed and submitted to WorkSafe along with the correct fees.
Registration of plant and plant design forms
- Form 200 Registration of plant design or alteration to plant design
- Form 201 Registration of an item of plant
- Form 202 Changes to information
- Form 203 Application for a replacement registration document
- Form 204 Multiple registrations of an item of plant on a mine site
Fees
Note: The reduced fee for mining applications only apply to the mine operator and plant used exclusively on a mine site.
