This information sheet will assist major hazard facility, petroleum and geothermal energy operations with the inclusion of human factors in bowtie analyses and should:
- help the reader learn more about how and where to include human factors in a bowtie analysis, and
- provide a high-level checklist to be used to ensure key human factors are considered in the risk management of MAEs.
