Notify us including asbestos removal, demolition work and more. 

Asbestos

• Removal of asbestos 
  Asbestos removal licence holders can complete this online form to notify us before performing asbestos removal work.
• Asbestos clerance certificate: Template 
  Clearance inspections must be conducted for all licensed asbestos removal work and a clearance certificate in writing must be issued before the area can be reoccupied or returned to normal use. This clearance certificate template can be used for Class B non-friable asbestos removal. 

Demolition and construction

• Intention to manufacture concrete panels 
  An intention of notifcation to manufacture concrete panels must be advised to the WorkSafe Commissioner at least 10 working days before the first panel is to be cast; this includes panels manufactured on the construction site or at a precast yard or factory. 
• Demolition work 
  Notify the regulator of proposed Class 1 or 2 demolition work. 

Lead

• Lead risk work or removal of worker from lead risk work 
  Notify us of lead risk work and removal from lead risk work in accordance with work health and safety regulations

Legacy engineered stone notification

• Permitted work with legacy engineered stone 
  Notify the regulator of intention to carry out any work involving the processing of legacy engineered stone in Western Australia before the work begins.

Silica

• Notification form for respirable crystalline silica air monitoring 
  Notify the regulator if monitoring results show airborne concentration of respirable crystalline silica has exceeded the workplace exposure standard of 0.05 mg/m3. 

Carcinogen substances

• Application for authorisation to use, handle or store prohibited and restricted carcinogens 
  Make an application to the regulator for authorisation to use, handle or store a prohibited or restricted carcinogen at the workplace.
